We are looking for a person who wants to enter a new modern profession - an AI solutions integrator. Your task is to create and configure AI agents for businesses for specific tasks: sales, marketing, service/support, HR and operational processes.

We completely teach from scratch: we give methodology, templates, case examples and mentor support. This is a role for those who want to grow quickly in the field of artificial intelligence and work with real businesses.

What you will do

• Create AI agents for client tasks (Sales / Marketing / Support / HR).

• Configure scenarios: qualification leads, responses to inquiries, follow-ups, call/demo recording, customer support.

• Work with agent instructions (prompts) and knowledge base: structure information, make it “understandable for AI”.

• Connect communication channels and help with process integration.

• Test the quality of agent work, improve logic, correct errors.

• Communicate with clients, collect requirements, present solutions.

Who are we looking for

Must have:

• Desire to develop in AI and learn quickly.

• System thinking: able to break down chaos into steps and lead to a result.

• Normal communication skills: clarify, do not get lost, fix agreements.

Would be a plus (but not required):

• Experience in sales/marketing/support/HR or process automation.

• Understanding CRM/funnels/scripts/chatbots.

• Experience with no-code tools.

Especially suitable for those who have worked in the support service

If you have worked in the support service / call-center / chat operator / customer success - you are very close to this profession.
