The media agency Spark Foundry is looking for an Integration Team Lead. Spark Foundry is part of the advertising and communication group Publicis Groupe, which in Ukraine is represented by media, creative and PR agencies Leo Burnett, MSL, Performics, Publicis Ukraine, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom, Spark Foundry, Zenith . What will the Integration Team Lead do: Leading projects to launch advertising campaigns in media (digital, TV, OOH, radio, press); Management of the Client's goals and business results; Ensuring the effective work of the Agency's team to achieve the Client's results; Proactive sale of new tools to the Client and ensuring their successful implementation; Promotion of the Agency's brand as a leader within the Group and for the Client. The role of "brand advocate"; Work with annual plans of Clients - management and control of declared budgets, Active participation in creating the best solutions for Clients in integrated projects in interaction with the structures of the Group; Management of complex integrated projects (media, creative, performance, ecom, brand content) , setting internal tasks, control of execution, adjustments in the process of implementation; Control of profitability and income of integrated projects (accounting of all works, hours, profitability of works); Work to increase the level of customer satisfaction. Regular tracking of feedback and, as a result, improvement of client evaluations; Drafting of a team development plan and regular feedback on the implementation of this plan; Leadership and expertise in the integration of all agency departments and structures to achieve final goals (within the project management). Formation of working groups based on the resources of the Agency and the Group for the implementation of the Client's tasks; Effective application of the basics of project management - creation of a project timeline, task formulation, internal briefs, people management and effective communication, meeting deadlines (use of Worksection); Team development - supervision and coaching of junior employees, training, development and mentoring. Our future Integration Team Lead: Has experience as a manager or in senior positions; MAhas an Upper Intermediate level of English and above; knows the media market of Ukraine, trends/innovations and tendencies. Has a basic understanding of the differences between the media market of Ukraine and European countries; Has a holistic understanding of marketing, communication and media strategies, understanding the interdependencies of the funnel; Understands the specifics of purchasing various media channels, the structure of sales, the specifics of measurements, placement classes, seasonality, etc. Can work with multimedia/multiscreen campaigns and complex media indicators; Able to "sell" the results of the agency's work - correctly informing clients about the achieved over-results; Has strategic thinking and experience in strategic planning Send resume to [email protected] We look forward to meeting you!
