Your tasks:

• Respond to messages, comments and DMs from customers: advise on services, accept orders, explain processes.
• Process cleaning requests: collect details (fabric type, product condition), agree on terms and prices.
• Help with questions: how to prepare item before delivery, how much it costs, when to pick it up.
• Monitor reviews, solve complaints quickly and kindly.
