Due to expansion, looking for a specialist for the positionHuman Resources Inspector

Purpose of the position:quality management of personnel records in the company, adjustment and maintenance of military accounting

Duties:

• keeping a full cycle of personnel accounting (BASF IPR personnel accounting), up to 150 people.
• keeping records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists on the enterprise (70% of the workforce)
• support of the stages of employee booking
• cooperation with the TCC, RTCC
• providing advice on military accounting to the employees of the enterprise
• reporting (external and internal)

Requirements:

• higher education
• 2 years of work experience as a personnel inspector
• experience in military accounting - will be an advantage
• attention to details
• effective interaction with people, quality documentation
