We invite an HR Admin to strengthen our HR Administering Team

Main tasks:

• Managing the full cycle of personnel administration in accordance with current labor legislation;
• Development of regulatory documents ( regulations, job instructions, PVTRP, staff list, orders, etc.), making changes to them; to him;
• Maintenance of the employee database in 1C;
• Knowledge of working with variable working hours, summary accounting of working hours, remote work, flexible working hours;
• li>Participation in the automation of personnel processes in the 1С8 system;
• Providing answers to requests, interacting with department heads on personnel issues, submitting reports.

For us important:

• Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code and current legislation of Ukraine, monitoring of changes in legislation;
• Availability of work experience of at least 3 years in companies with a staff of 150 employees;
• Attention to details, communication skills and empathy;
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with a large amount of information
