Responsibilities:

• Issuing business trips, reports from business trips
• Issuing personnel attestation
• Changing employee salaries
• Transferring and dismissing employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions and orders of the enterprise, as well as other established personnel documentation
• Certifications from the workplace
• Maintaining personal files of employees, making changes related to work activities and submitting them to archive
• Execution of additional employee agreements
• Filling, accounting and storage of work books, determination of length of service, provision of certificates on current and past work activities of employees
• Monitoring of legislation on issues related to the department’s activities, preparation of company orders on personnel issues
