Inspector of personnel department in LGZ Horticya

LVZ "Khortytsia" is one of the leading manufacturers in the industry, invites a HR Inspector to the team.

We are looking for a responsible and attentive specialist who will ensure high-quality management of personnel records and become reliable support of the HR department.

Main duties:

• conducting personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;

• registration of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees;

• maintenance of personal files and work books;

• monitoring of compliance labor discipline and internal regulatory documents;

• preparation of orders, certificates, official documents;

Requirements:

• secondary special or higher education (preferably in the field of personnel administration, law, of management);

• experience of working as a personnel inspector from 1 year (will be an advantage);

• knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;

• confident PC user (MS Office, personnel programs, e-mail);

• attention, responsibility, organization.
