The company's portfolio includes a wide range of products for feeding domestic animals: premixes and blends, BMVD for farms, bulk compound feed for professional poultry/pig farms, high-tech pre-start compound feed, packaged premium-quality compound feed for retail.

We invite to the teamInspector of the personnel departmentto lead 2 LLCs

Main tasks:

• Maintenance of personnel records in full (recruitment, dismissal, transfers, vacations, orders, formation of personal files, staff list);
• Control and analysis of the availability of the necessary package of documents for employees and candidates during hiring, transfer ;
• Introduction of personnel data, changes and display of all processes of personnel administration in 1C;
• Accounting of disabled persons at the enterprise;
• Conducting an examination of primary documents during employment, as well as changes in the documents of employees during the working period;
• Display of all changes related to the work schedule of employees, work on weekends, changes in essential working conditions.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing personnel records in the Company (100 employees);
• Knowledge of 1C UTP at a high level of an experienced user;
< li>Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other regulatory acts at a high level;
• High level of knowledge of the Ukrainian business language;
• Scrupulosity in work, responsibility, initiative.
