Innovation manager (analytics) in EVERLEGAL

We are looking for an innovation manager (analytics) who will be responsible for the systematic monitoring of technological trends, the implementation of legal tech and AI solutions, the development of data approaches in the firm and the improvement of the technological literacy of lawyers. The role combines analytics, product thinking and change-management.

Key tasks

Strategy and analytics

• Monitoring global trends in legal tech, AI agents, automation and data tools
• Conducting technological scouting and preparing analytical notes for partners
• Forming implementation roadmap innovations in the firm's practices
• ROI assessment of technological solutions and preparation of business cases

Implementation of technologies

• Piloting and scaling of AI tools and legal tech solutions
• Implementation of document automation tools, knowledge management, research
• Building and coordinating the work of AI agents for internal processes
• Interaction with the IT team and by external vendors

Data & analytics

• Development of a data-approach in the management of the firm
• Building dashboards (finances, downloading lawyers, efficiency of practices)
• Working with internal data, cleaning and structuring data arrays
• Implementation of performance and quality metrics

Training and change management

• Conducting trainings for lawyers on the use of AI and digital tools
• Development of internal guidelines and best practices
• Increasing the level of technology adoption in teams
• Supporting changes and working with resistance to implementation

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience in the roles of: innovation / business analyst / product / legal tech / data analyst from 3 years
• Understanding AI tools, automation and modern tech landscape
• Experience working with data and building analytics
• Strong analytical and structural skills
• Experience in managing implementation projects
• English - no lower than Upper-Intermediate

Would be an advantage

• Experience in a law firm or legal tech
• Practice in working with AI agents and LLM tools
• Skills in working with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding the economics of legal business
• Experience in learning adults (L&D)
