Your main responsibilities:

• creation of personal information in AD according to the described Policy;
• creation of personal information in the company's information systems;
• control of user password changes;
• granting licenses to work in software;
• control of workstations in AD;
• AOV monitoring;
• checking FortiNet logs/reports;
• control of Antivirus operation on endpoints;
• check of logs of Antivirus of endpoints;
• check of logs of Antivirus of server software;
• control of operation of DLP system on endpoints;< /li>
• checking the logs of the DLP system;
• control over the creation of backups of servers;
• conducting audits: checking the current active OS according to the staff schedule; checking the compliance of all existing information systems and services.

For work you will need:

• 2 years of experience as a technical support specialist;
• knowledge and skills of technical support and technical support diagnostics;
• knowledge of Active Directory services, GPO, DNS and DHCP, TCP/IP networks, VOIP, Linux (Centos, Ubuntu);
• local network administration skills (Mikrotik, DELL, Cisco, Unifi, HP);
• knowledge English language at the level of understanding technical documentation;
• result orientation, customer orientation and stress resistance.
