InfoSec Manager in iTalent PLUS

Our client seeks an InfoSec Manager to protect digital assets and maintain trust among stakeholders, focusing on integrity and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Develop and implement an information security strategy aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and prioritize security initiatives. Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, updating policies as needed. Lead incident response efforts and communicate transparently with stakeholders. Implement security awareness training and simulations for staff. Oversee data protection measures and compliance with privacy laws. Evaluate and implement cybersecurity technologies. Assess third-party security practices and manage associated risks. Oversee security monitoring and utilize SIEM tools for threat detection. Manage the information security budget and advocate for necessary investments. Prepare crisis management plans and coordinate communication during security incidents. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement security strategies. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Provide technical expertise in IT security. Stay updated on security regulations and compliance. Understand financial implications of security decisions. Identify and mitigate security risks. Promote security awareness among stakeholders. Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in Crypto or iGaming industries. Skillset: Proficiency in network security, vulnerability management, and incident response. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Atlassian, and Fortinet firewall. Experience leading cross-functional teams. Hands-on technical experience with basic programming knowledge. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and policy writing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
