Requirements for the candidate: Experience in the field of IT user support from 2 years (1st and 2nd line of support) Experience with Microsoft products: Windows 10-11, O365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Windows server 2016-2022Experience in building and operating SCS and understanding the structure of the OSI model. The ability to communicate with business and convey technical details. Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (the ability to conduct a dialogue with English speakers on work topics) Communicability, responsibility, autonomy, initiative and proactivity. Main responsibilities: Commissioning, installation, maintenance of computer equipment, peripheral equipment and office equipment. Provision of advisory assistance to company employees on the operation and use of computer equipment and software. Maintenance, monitoring and commissioning of computer networks (SCS and network equipment). Administration of network equipment and servers (entry level). Monitoring, distribution and execution of requests in the ITSM system. Administration in Intune, Entra ID: Management of mobile devices and applications. Configuration of security and compliance policies. Monitoring and reporting of device status. Resolution of incidents and support users. Management of user accounts and groups.
