Information Technology Support Specialist in Kyiv International School

We’re Hiring: IT Support Specialist at Kyiv International School! The candidate serves as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware (computers, printers, smart-boards, projectors) and software problems.Key Responsibilities:User Assistance: Provide technical support to staff and students on school software systems (Office365, SeeSaw, etc.), Windows, macOS, iOS devices, and other technologies.Device Management: Troubleshoot school computers, laptops, and mobile devices for staff and students.Network Support: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including diagnosing internet connectivity issues, resolving local network problems, and reporting issues to the IT Manager.Software Support: Install, update, and configure software on school devices as per the IT department’s guidelines.Data Security & Privacy: Follow protocols to maintain data security, user privacy, and compliance with relevant school policies and regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to support larger projects, including system upgrades, new software implementations, and network maintenance.We’re Looking for Candidates Who:Have strong English communication skills.Are quick and positive problem solvers.Have experience working with children and young adults.Enjoy collaborating and are proactive in assisting others.Have an interest in Robotics and Legos and a willingness to support these programs.What we offer:Professional Development — Opportunities for continuous learning, including workshops and training.Health & Well-being — Health insurance.Competitive Compensation — A competitive salary package aligned with qualifications and experience.Collaborative Environment — A supportive, diverse, and collaborative work environment.
