• Full higher technical education;
• Basic knowledge in network administration and installation (connecting users to the local network and the Internet);
• Understanding the configuration and maintenance of office equipment ;
• Willingness to learn and develop

Responsibilities:

• Setting up a laptop or PC for the user (OS + standard software package + domain entry) ;
• Basic service of office equipment (settings, firmware, replacement of cartridges); Administration (creation\deletion\editing) of user accounts in AD;
• Configuration of mobile devices and mobile applications;
• Support of users and information systems;
• Development of scripts to automate MDM Administration;
• Connecting network drives;
• Consulting company employees regarding IT services.
