The vacancy involves work in the field of project management of IT infrastructure and provision of consulting services regarding work in information and communication systems used in the Ministry of Education.

For conscripts with the signing of a contract before the announcement of the decision on demobilization and appointment to a position or transfer of active military personnel to one of the units of the MoU.

Main functions

Essential Requirements

• Experience in facilitating and developing product strategies. Hands-on experience in managing strategic sessions, defining product vision, analyzing market and user needs.
• Deep technical knowledge and technical leadership experience. Experience in development and maintenance of web products, organization of GitHub environment, creation of roadmaps. Understanding the principles of developing landing pages and corporate sites.
• Experience in the role of a project manager. Project management skills, including planning, coordinating teams, monitoring task performance and organizing meetings (kick-offs, retrospectives, etc.).
• Knowledge of SMART and OKR methodologies. Experience implementing and using SMART goals and OKRs to manage goals and improve team performance.
• Experience with project management tools. Knowledge and ability to configure Jira, Confluence, OKR oBoard,and also support workflows using them.
• Skills in creating knowledge bases and project catalogs. Experience structuring, documenting and maintaining knowledge bases, including technical documentation and project catalogs.
• Experience in risk management. Knowledge of methods of identification, analysis and management of risks, as well as development of strategies for their avoidance or minimization.
• Skills for coordination of external and internal projects. Experience in interacting with various stakeholders, ensuring cooperation between teams and partners, effective communication. Analytical and organizational skills. Ability to analyze complex problems, develop operational solutions and implement them in life.
• Experience in initiating and managing new projects. Experience in launching projects from scratch, planning and coordinating kick-off meetings, providing technical and organizational support.
• Additional but desirable requirements: Flexibility in solving problems and the ability to quickly adapt to changes. Communication skills to successfully interact with teams and partners. Willingness to grow and innovate.

• Military service under contract, all types of military support, office in the center of Kyiv (5/2 9-18), official housing not provided.
