Head of information systems support in NIBULON, TOV SP

Company "NIBULON" is one of the leading agro-industrial enterprises in Ukraine. In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for a candidate for the position"Head of Information Systems Support" in our office in the city of Kyiv

Tasks:

• Coordination of support operations: ensuring the coordinated work of the support team for the high-quality resolution of user requests; maintaining communication with other departments for prompt response to problems.
• Service quality control: monitoring of team performance, analysis of user requests, assessment of service quality; development of support standards, monitoring of KPI compliance and initiation of improvements for sustainable quality improvement.
• Analysis and optimization of processes: regular analysis and optimization of internal processes to improve the efficiency of the support team, implementation of recommendations with automation, if necessary.
• User training and adaptation of new functionality: organization of training sessions and preparation of training materials for users; ensuring a harmonious transition of new functions to support and preparing the team to support new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Work experience from 3- x years in a position related to the support of information systems or business analysis.
• Analytical and coordination skills: the ability to coordinate teams and analyze internal processes to effectively resolve user requests.
• Skills documentation and training: experience creating documentation for users and technical support, skills in developing and conducting training sessions.
• Communication skills: ability to work effectively with different teams and communicate information clearly to users. Experience in IT-Enterprise will be an advantage
