Duties:

• Technical support for users (HelpDesk, consultations, incident resolution);
• Administration of IT infrastructure: servers (Windows/Linux), network equipment, workstations;
• Configuration, maintenance and support of software;
• Data backup and information recovery;
• Ensuring information security and access control;
• Ensuring configuration and maintenance: cash registers, trading systems in pharmacies;
• Interaction with contractors and service companies;
• Maintenance of technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position engineer / system administrator / IT manager;
• Understanding the principles of operation of servers, networks and information systems;
• Experience of backup and recovery of data;
• Basic knowledge of information security;
• Experience of user support;
• Responsibility, system thinking, ability to work with several tasks.
