Information security specialist (ISMS/NIST) in Agenciya Oboronnih Zakupivel

The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

We are currently looking for an information security specialist (ISMS/NIST) who will help us build, implement and maintain a reliable information security management system to protect critical data in the processes of securing the Armed Forces.

Job duties:

1. Support and administration of a complex information protection system.
2. Implementation and support of KSZI using basic and target information security profiles.
3. Implementation and operation of tools and complexes of ТИ and КИ: antivirus programs, cryptographic modules, IP-encryptors, network gateways.
4. Development and up-to-date maintenance of regulatory documents, policies, procedures, information security instructions.
5. Cooperation with the management and state authorities to ensure the sustainable functioning of the KSZI.
6. Interaction with the IT department, providers of cloud solutions and service providers in the field of information protection.
7. Participation in?the incident response team.
8. Participation in the creation of the Company's ISMS and the construction of relevant processes.
9. Participation in familiarizing employees with policies and procedures.
10. Participation in employee training.

Requirements for candidates:

1. Experience of construction of KSZI.
2. Construction experience may be an added advantage experience with information systems with limited access.
3. Knowledge of the requirements for working with information with limited access.
4. Experience in the administration of means and complexes of ТИ and КИ.
5. Experience in building an ISMS at the Enterprise can be an additional advantage.
6. Knowledge of international information security management standards can be an additional advantage: ISO27001, NIST CSF, ENISA standards.
7. Availability of ISO27001 Auditor/Implementor/Practitioner, NIST CSF Implementer certifications may be an added advantage.
