Information security specialist in OKSI BANK, AT

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and protection: Identification of information security threats. Control over the security of the corporate network, databases and software.
• Development of regulations: Keeping policies, regulations and procedures on information security (IS) up to date. Participation in building and ensuring the functioning of the information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of the NBU.
• Incident management and continuity: Participation in the support of the IS incident response system. Participation in the development and implementation of the bank's business continuity plans (BCP/DRP) and control of their periodic testing.
• Technology implementation: Organization of testing and implementation of the latest software and hardware protection tools. Participation in the implementation of cryptographic protection of information and electronic signature technologies.
• Control and audit: Participation in IT and IT security audits, network status monitoring and registration of security events. Control of compliance with licensing policies and security regulations of workstations and servers.
• Interaction: Cooperation with other divisions of the bank, external organizations.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher education (specialized in IT or IT will be an advantage).
• Work experience: Work experience in an IT or IS specialist in the banking or financial system of Ukraine - from 1 year.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework: Understanding of the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and the normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine, which regulate the protection of information and the safe use of IT in banking.
• Technical skills: understanding of the construction of the ISMS, administration and control of the use of cryptographic protection tools, intrusion prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and information risk assessment methods.
• Professional qualities: Security incident investigation skills, experience in developing internal regulatory documents (policies, procedures).
