What experience and qualifications are required:

• higher technical education, preferably in the field of information technologies (information security);
• knowledge of regulatory documents of the technical protection system;
• knowledge and experience of working with MS Windows; MS Office, O365;
• understanding of the basics of network technologies in IT, the principles of construction and operation of networks and Active directory (at the level of user administration), GPO, Windows Server;
• experience in Windows Server Administration 2016-2019 (AD, Cluster, dns, dhcp, WSUS, GPO, secpol, powershell);
• knowledge and experience with information protection systems: SIEM, PAM, EDR, XDR;
• li>ability to learn quickly, initiative and communication.

What you will do:

• fulfilling the tasks and functions of the information protection service;
• keeping a log of IT incidents, IT database, updating information databases of fixed assets and their transfers between employees, various tables of control procedures in the IT department;
• IT support for users who work remotely; 
• control of the implementation of procedures and IT policies for the use of corporate devices;  
• supporting users in the direction of using mobile devices and corporate mobile communication; 
• Windows-based customer support; 
• Maintenance of computers and office equipment of the enterprise; 
• Organization of PC antivirus protection; 
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of a local network;
• Diagnostics of communication channels and data transmission; 
• Setting user access rights.
