Information security manager in L7 United

L7 United is a military-tech company and we develop an innovative approach to military training in Ukraine and introduce modern standards of training for soldiers and civilians, creating the latest interactive training systems that combine unique software and simulators of real weapons.

Why is this role important? Your mission is to ensure business continuity by building a reliable information protection system. You will be a key figure balancing innovation and security.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Strategy and architecture: Development, implementation and control of information security (IS) policies.
• Risk management: Conducting regular audits, assessing risks and developing plans to minimize them.
• Protection perimeter: Implementation and administration of protection tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, SIEM).
• Incident Response: Monitoring of security events and prompt response to incidents.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance of internal processes with international standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and legislation.
• Security culture: Training employees on the basics cyber hygiene (Security Awareness).

We are looking for you if you have:

• In-depth expertise: Experience in the field of cyber security from 3-5 years.
• Technical background: Understanding of the principles of network security, cryptography and cloud security solutions.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM or CISA will be an advantage.
• Analytical thinking: Ability to see real business risks behind the code.

• Communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical threats in business-friendly language.
