Information Security Manager in AGROPROSPERIS BANK

Purpose of the position and priority tasks

Priority tasks :

1. Support and support of information security systems:

a. Access, data protection and management patch systems (Active

Directory, EDR, Antivirus, DLP, 2FA, SSO, PKI, WSUS, ANSIBLE)

b. Network Infrastructure Protection Systems (WAF, IDS/IPS, VPN, BrandMauers)

and Encryption Protocols (TLS, IPSEC, SSH, S/MIME, AES, RSA, ECC, SHA and

others)

c. Email Protection Systems (MS Exchange, Fortimail)

D. Information Security Monitoring and Analysis Systems (SieM,

IB Vulnerators)

2. Detection and response to IB incidents :

a. Safety Monitoring (SIEM, SOC, Event Log Analytics).

b. Analysis and elimination of the effects of cyberincyders.

c. Investigation of IB attacks and incidents (Forenzica, Analysis of Harmful software).

3. IB risk management and compliance with standards

a. Risk and vulnerability assessment.

b. Compliance with regulatory requirements (NBU, SWIFT, ISO, NIST, etc.)

c. Conducting security audits and penetration testing.

4. Staffing and increasing information security culture

a. Conducting trainings for employees.

b. Simulation of phishing attacks.

c. Development of policies and procedures IB.

5. Interaction with other departments and external partners on IB

a. Cooperation with the IT department, CISO and management.

1. b. Work with public authorities and auditors.

c. Interactions with safety suppliers.

6. Participation in projects on implementation of IB decisions and standards in the bank. 

Requirements for a candidate

Knowledge and skills:

• Higher education.
• Knowledge of Security and Security Technologies, including SIEM, BrandMauers and Encryption Protocols;
• A deep understanding of systems and safety standards
• Knowledge of existing systems: MS Windows, Linux at the level sufficient to perform their duties
• DBMS: Oracle, MS SQL Linux at the level sufficient to perform their official duties
• Knowledge of automated banking and remote banking systems at the level sufficient to fulfill their official duties
• Expertise in risk assessment, threat modeling and vulnerable management. In practice, use basic management techniques) :

  • Ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
