Duties: registration and processing of requests from customers within the framework of the 1st line of technical support, detection, response and analysis of IT violations and incidents (SOC) solving IT support tasks - IT systems and tools: monitoring and control of system status; diagnosis and resolution of incidents. implementation and testing of: infrastructure services; network solutions; server equipment; information security systems. development of project and work documentation; development of algorithms and scenarios (scripts) for IT automation / IT tasks; conducting educational presentations.
