Information Management (IM) is the ability of organisations to produce, capture, manage, preserve, store and deliver the right information to the right people at the right time, regardless of the source or format. It encompasses all stages of the life cycle of information including their destruction.
Information Management Officer will support all data collection, management, analysis and reporting associated with URCS programmatic activities. The IM Officer will work closely with the implementation team to ensure all data systems run effectively and efficiently. From a technical perspective, the role will work closely with IT, other IM, and PMER colleagues to ensure that the work feeds into the overall QCA work, shares datasets with other IM colleagues, and uses appropriate IT tools and data standards.

The Information Management Specialist will support the entire process of collection, processing, analysis and reporting related to the program activities of TCHU. The IM Officer will work closely with the Implementation Team to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all information systems. From a technical perspective, the role involves working closely with IT, other IM and PMER professionals to ensure the work supports overall QCA activities, communicates data to other IM colleagues and uses relevant IT tools and data standards.
