Basic tasks:

• Control over compliance by employees and visitors of the company with the access regime to the administration buildings of NEC "Ukrenergo".
• Ensuring the reception, registration and escort of visitors to the company's management.
• Issue in the access control and management system (ACMS) one-time passes for visitors based on applications submitted by heads of structural units.
• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Accounting and registration of visitors in the ACS, issuing one-time and temporary passes.
• Compilation of reports in the ACS.

• Secondary or higher education.
• Knowledge of the basics of the pass mode and ACS.
• Knowledge of the English language at a conversational level.
• Communication, responsibility, ability to learn quickly.
