Influencer marketing manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

Our client is an international digital holding that promotes well-known brands to foreign markets (more than 120 countries of the world), in connection with the development of a new direction, it is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a specialist who can become the right hand of the head of the direction, take control of a team of influencers and ensure the stable achievement of KPIs, while maintaining team motivation and quality analytics.

Key tasks:

• Selecting relevant influencers and monitoring bloggers’ compliance with the terms of cooperation;

• Developing scripts for cooperation and advertising integrations;

• Conducting analytics and regular reporting: checking indicators, searching for “bugs”, updating tables and CRM;

• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, preparing analytical reports and recommendations;

• Monitoring the work of other managers, checking analytics, supporting the team in the implementation of KPIs.

Experience and skills:

• Experience in influencer marketing from 1.5-2 years (experience in agencies — advantage);

• English level - Upper-Intermediate (B2) - all meetings and correspondence are conducted in English;

• Understanding the principles of analytics, the ability to recognize scams, cheating, dishonest statistics;

• Responsibility, systematicity, self-organization, ability to work with a large volume of information;

• Leadership qualities: the ability to control processes, support a team and influence results.
