• Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and industry stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities for creator acquisition;
• Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements with key creators;
• Guide newly acquired creators through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform;
• Provide ongoing support to creators, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between creators and internal teams;
• Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, assess the performance of acquired creators, and optimize acquisition strategies;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional activities that highlight the benefits of joining the platform for creators.

From you:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer or creator acquisition, preferably in a similar industry;
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and onboarding high-profile creators;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with creators, influencers, and industry stakeholders;
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty to the platform;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions;
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies for attracting diverse and high-quality creators;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and support teams, to ensure a seamless experience for creators.
