Influence manager (eSports, native Uzbek) in Brazy

Hello, Brazy is looking for a Middle Influence Manager for our product in the eSports industry, responsible for assessing blogger effectiveness, ROI, FTD, deposits, and managing the process of searching for, selecting, and analyzing bloggers as partners.

Requirements:

• Experience working with bloggers and advertising integrations - 1-2 years

• Understanding of influencer marketing and basic KPI’s

• Confident communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in Uzbek (required)

• Russian/Ukrainian - Conversational

• English - Intermediate

• Experience working with YouTube/TikTok/Telegram — a plus

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and selecting bloggers

• Working with geo and localization

• Communicating and negotiating with influencers

• Preparing and monitoring integrations

• Launching and monitoring advertising integrations

• Verifying compliance with technical specifications and deadlines

• Analyzing the effectiveness of integrations

• Financial control, maintaining reports

• Reporting and interacting with the team
