Influence manager in KRKR.COM.UA

We are looking for a professional and creative influencer marketer for our team. The role includes finding and engaging bloggers and partners, developing collaborations, analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and working with the creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of relevant bloggers on Instagram and TikTok for cooperation.
• Organization of collaborations and joint projects with bloggers and partners.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, calculation of ROI and KPI.
• Participation in content creation, coordination with designers and video creators.
• Creation of technical tasks (TOR) for the creative team.
• Reporting on the results of cooperation and effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 2 years or more in in the field of E-commerce or marketing.
• Experience working with bloggers and creative projects.
• Ability to analyze the audience and campaign results.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Basic skills with Adobe Photoshop, Figma or Canva.
• Experience with Trello/Asana and Excel/Google Sheets.

Financial conditions:

• Income for the trial period: 20,000 – 25,000 UAH (depending on experience).
• additional KPIs after the trial period: from +5,000 to +8,000 UAH/month

Stages of selection:

1. Preliminary screening.
2. Portfolio assessment.
3. Test task.
4. Interview with the manager and CEO.
5. Offer.

Test task:

1. Analysis of relevant bloggers (three candidates, examples of content, coverage, reasons for choosing).
2. Development of the concept of collaboration (format, goal, indicative KPI).
3. Creation of TZ for the designer (banner + video).< /li>
