Independent member of the supervisory board, responsible for the direction of science-intensive mechanical engineering in Ukrayinska oboronna promislovist

General competencies of the Supervisory Board:

• Control over the activities of the executive body, adoption of key decisions affecting the strategic development of the company;
• Approval of internal documents that regulate the activities of the company, except for those related to the exclusive competence of the general meeting;
• Making decisions on mergers, reorganization, liquidation and other changes in the structure of the company;
• Approval of provisions on the committees of the Supervisory Board, corporate risk management, and consideration of other important issues that go beyond daily activities.

Professional requirements:

• Overall experience of 7 years, of which experience in management positions is at least 3 years, and experience in the scientific field\field of science-intensive mechanical engineering for at least 2 years in system companies/institutions;
• Availability of successful experience in the field of mechanical engineering (scientific activity, development of a new product, etc.);
• Possession of negotiation skills in the business environment, at the state and international levels;
• Experience in the development/implementation of advanced technologies in the field of mechanical engineering.

An advantage will be:

• Experience of working in international companies; 
• Prior experience in performing the duties of a member of the Supervisory Board;
• Proficiency in English.

General requirements:

• Higher education not lower than the second level (master’s degree) in the relevant field;
• Flawless business reputation;
• No outstanding criminal convictions;
• No prohibition to hold positions in management bodies business associations;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language for citizens of Ukraine.
