Independent member of the supervisory board of one of the societies in the field of science-intensive mechanical engineering (expert in the field of marketing) in Ukrayinska oboronna promislovist

General competencies of the Supervisory Board:

• Control over the activities of the executive body, adoption of key decisions affecting the strategic development of the company;
• Approval of internal documents that regulate the activities of the company, except for those related to the exclusive competence of the general meeting;
• Election, termination of powers, approval of contract terms and determination of remuneration of members of the executive body and other managers of the company;
• Appointment and dismissal of the head of the internal audit unit;
• Approval of the terms of contracts with auditors, review and recommendations based on the results of the audit report;
• Making decisions regarding mergers, reorganization, liquidation and other changes in the structure of the company;
• Approval of provisions on the committees of the Supervisory Board, corporate risk management, and consideration of other important issues that go beyond everyday activity.

Professional requirements:

• General experience of more than 7 years, of which at least 3 years of experience in management positions, in the field of enterprise marketing and/or organization of sales/purchases, as well as at least 2 years of experience in the field of aviation engineering in system companies;
• Experience in conducting commercial audits and evaluating the effectiveness of investments in marketing and sales;
• Experience in organizing and conducting tender procedures;
• Knowledge of laws, resolutions, Decrees of the President of Ukraine, orders and other regulatory legal acts of state authorities and local governments;
• Availability of successful development experience in the field of aviation engineering (development and implementation of a new product, etc.); 
• Experience of successful cooperation with state institutions and bodies.

The advantage will be:

• Experience of working in international companies; 
• Previous experience as a member of the Supervisory Board;
• Proficiency in English.

• Flawless business reputation;
• Not prosecuted for committing a corruption or corruption-related offense;
• No outstanding criminal convictions;
No prohibition to hold positions in the management bodies of business associations;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language for citizens of Ukraine.
