Independent member of the supervisory board of one of the companies in the field of science-intensive mechanical engineering (expert in the field of finance)

General competencies of the Supervisor councils:

• Control over the activities of the executive body, adoption of key decisions affecting the strategic development of the company;
• Approval of internal documents that regulate the company's activities, except for those related to the exclusive competence of the general meeting;
• Election, termination of powers, approval of contract terms and determination of remuneration of members of the executive body and other managers of the company;
• Appointment and dismissal of the head of the internal audit unit;
• Approval of the terms of contracts with auditors, review and recommendations based on the results of the audit report;
• Making decisions on mergers, reorganizations, liquidations and other changes in the company's structure;
• Approving provisions on the Supervisory Board's committees, corporate risk management, and consideration of other important issues that go beyond day-to-day activities.

Professional requirements:

• General experience of more than 7 years, and at least 3 years of experience in management positions, and at least 2 years of strategic planning and budgeting;
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting (certificates ACCA, CFA, CPA will be an advantage);
• Practical knowledge of business economics, principles of corporate governance, experience in strategic and investment planning, budget process and casting of large enterprises;
• Experience of successful cooperation with banks, government institutions and bodies;
• Possessing negotiation skills in business environment, at the state and international levels.

The advantage will be:

• Work experience in international companies; 
• Previous experience as a member of the Supervisory Board;
• Proficiency in English.

General requirements:

• Flawless business reputation;
• Has not been prosecuted for committing a corruption or corruption-related offence;
• Absence ofexpunged criminal records;
• Absence of prohibition to hold positions in management bodies of economic companies;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language for citizens of Ukraine.
