Brief about us: HomeNet is a Ukrainian telecom company that has been working stably since 2016 and has a reputation as a reliable employer.

In addition to telecom services, HomeNet has our own outsourced contact center, where we process incoming calls from our partners' customers.

In In 2026, the HomeNet CC team continues to expand. Recruitment is now open for a part-time customer support line of the State Bank of Ukraine.

This job is suitable if you:

Experience is optional, tuition is paid. A clear start and a smooth introduction to work.

 Clear tasks and clear processes:

• processing incoming customer requests, recording requests in the system
• consulting and providing support according to ready-made algorithms

Work schedule

• part-time employment - from 6 hours a day
• shifts: morning / daytime / evening
• the schedule can be agreed and combined, flexible system
• 5 working days / week. and 2 floating weekends
• work from the office (there is no remote format)

Office: Vinnytsia, str. 600-anniversary, 1 (heat, stable light, equipped workplaces)

Salary

• 100-120 UAH/hour,on average 13,500 — 15,000 UAH/monthwith part-time
• stable payments, the company pays tax for you
