The ROKADA Charitable Foundation invites to the team -Inclusion Expert (FOP)

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of physical and social accessibility, living conditions and comfort in collective centers.

• Evaluation of existing support systems taking into account needs of people with disabilities, the elderly, families with children and other vulnerable groups.

• Development of recommendations for increasing the inclusiveness of the environment and access to services.

• Participation in information and educational activities for staff, residents of the centers and partners.

• Promoting the increase in the level of inclusion and quality of life in communities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of inclusion, social work or humanitarian projects.

• Availability of FOP (group 3) or willingness to register.

• Understanding the needs of vulnerable groups and principles of accessibility.

• Skills of analysis, preparation of recommendations and reports.

• Communication, responsibility, teamwork.
