Looking for an operator for the in-game services site (World of Warcraft) for a night shift LONG TERM ONLY. The work is simple, but responsible. Requirements: MANDATORY! Game experience (World of Warcraft — Battle for Azeroth/Shadowlands/Dragonflight) (CRITICAL); Online sales experience; MUST! Proficiency in English at the "Upper intermediate" level and above (CRITICAL);Ability to conduct dialogue/place orders in English;Responsibility;Punctuality;Ability to install a chat program on a phone/tablet/laptop for remote work;Ability to quickly respond to a chat dialogue in time changes; Ability to enter customer data into a table (CRM system); Duties: Work/communication in chat/messengers with hot traffic in English; Processing orders; Ability to offer alternative services from the site if the service does not suit the customer; Ability to talk to the customer on various topics; Accounting; About the work schedule: From 20:00 to 08:00 Kyiv time (12 hours a day), 4 shifts (nights) per week, or 3 night shifts and 1 day shift (from 08:00 to 20 :00), but not consecutively with night shifts. Salary: For the night shift — 20,000 UAH (fixed rate) + the possibility of taking orders (from 8,000 to 13,000 UAH per month — as desired). Payments are made to your bank card/current account every week without delay. As the load increases (increasing the range of services provided by us in other games), a % of the order will be added.
