Role: Improvement Manager/Performance Improvement Manager

Requirements for knowledge, skills and competencies:

  • Management of OKR and KPI systems methodologies in the organization.

  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of LEAN, Lean Six Sigma.

  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau and process management.

Basic responsibilities:

  • Building, implementing and supporting the KPI / OKR system in the company's divisions.

  • Analysis of process efficiency, identification of areas for improvement, development of specific initiatives.

  • Coordination and supportLEAN projects aimed at optimizing resources, processes and time.

  • Cooperation with department heads to agree on key indicators, set goals and track progress.

  • Using Jira for project management. Formation of regular analytical reports and presentations for top management.
