Implementation specialist in Derzhavniy Operator Tilu

Government Rear Operator (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, property and fuel for the needs of the military.

We are convinced that that the supply for the army should not only be of interest to the market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.

The main duties of the position:

• Providing support to the user of IT products in the mode in real time, providing a quick response via chat, phone or mail.
• Conducting initial diagnosis of user problems (including with the help of remote access programs AnyDesk, TeamViewer) and transferring the described tasks to the second-third line of technical support support, if necessary.
• Fixing and processing user requests and suggestions regarding the operation of systems and their functionality.
• Timely updating instructions for users and maintaining them in an up-to-date state.
• If necessary, making user calls and conducting training webinars for users on working with IT solutions of the Agency.
• Formation of analytical reports on a monthly basis the results of processed user appeals.

Skills and qualifications required:

• Knowledge of modern IT tools and the ability to quickly type text.
• Understanding the principles of API operation and approaches to the integration of information systems (will be an advantage).
• Understanding the principles of operation of digital tools that are often used in state information systems (KEP, state registers, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Work experience in user support, contact center will be an advantage.
• Experience in supporting SAP users (will be an advantage).
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written), knowledge of English will be an advantage (Intermediate, B1) .

Technical knowledge and software:

• Experience of working with Jira, ClickUp, Office 365.
• Experience of using remote access tools AnyDesk, TeamViewer.
• Experience of using tools for working with logs (Kibana or other alternative tool).
