Implementation/integration consultant (API) up to $900 Kyiv, remotely We are looking for a consultant for the implementation/integration of products: Vchasno.EDO — the most popular SAAS for exchanging documents online in Ukraine (more than 750,000 registered clients) and Vchasno.Kasa — software registrar of settlement operations (пРРО) . Allows you to quickly and conveniently issue fiscal checks online or offline, is installed on a computer, tablet or smartphone and is integrated with the company's accounting system. About the team: Head of Implementation, 4 integrators, 1C/BAS developer. For this role, it is important: —experience in testing and working with API; — the ability to write simple and high-quality TK; — good communication skills to find a common language with different customers (from a sales specialist to an IT manager); — the ability to efficiently interact with internal teams; — the ability to work simultaneously with two or more priority tasks without losing efficiency; —responsibility for the process and final result; — the ability to analyze well and think systematically. It will be an advantage: — practical experience of working with 1C/BAS; —practical experience of SaaS product integration in ERP. Tasks: — active building of business processes with clients on all issues of integration — identifying needs, advising on narrow technical issues, offering the best solutions for business; —support of implemented solutions, consultation and support of users; — interaction with the 1C developer (writing tasks, monitoring execution, testing before release); —maintaining the relevance of API documentation for clients; —interaction between internal teams: team of integrators, support, sales managers, product managers, developers/testers.
