About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager who will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital acquisition campaigns. You will be tasked to work with a dynamic online gaming operator with a unique advantage - a clean, compliant working environment on Facebook that maximizes ad performance.You’ll work on ad creation, landing page optimization, and progressive web application (PWA) enhancements. Collaborating closely with creative, development, and marketing teams, your efforts will be pivotal in driving user growth and engagement solely through Facebook advertising channels.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies from the ground up. Establish effective processes and integrate necessary software solutions in collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams. Digital Asset Creation & Optimization:Lead the creation and optimization of engaging Facebook ad creatives. Design and refine landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Campaign Management & Analysis:Execute and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns, focusing on key performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates. Perform A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance. Competitive & Market Analysis:Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to implement innovative approaches for user acquisition. Cross-Department Coordination:Collaborate with retention, product, and marketing teams to ensure all user acquisition efforts align with overall company goalsBudget Management:Manage and optimize ad spend to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining cost-efficiency. QualificationsMinimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing experience within online gaming. Deep expertise in Facebook Ads management with a thorough understanding of the platform’s policies and best practices in online gaming. Demonstrated ability to create and optimize digital assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and progressive web applications. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques. Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Fluent/Native level of Russian/Ukrainian language is a bonus. LocationOur in-house team operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
