About role: Weare seeking an IFRS Reporting Manager who will join the team. Requirements: —Minimum 3years working with Big4 (senior auditor); —Proficient knowledge ofIFRS, and professional qualifications such ACCA, CPA, CMA isastrong plus; —Experience inconsolidation, intercompany eliminations ofmulti-entities groups; —Proficiency inMSExcel, pivot tables, and Power Query; —Excellent written English and great communication skills; —High level ofresponsibility and strong organizational skills, positive approach toteamwork, and ability towork unsupervised; —Meeting deadlines and ownership attitude are the key. Responsibilities: —Preparation ofthe quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements according tothe IFRS; —Managing and control ofannual and semi-annual audit processes, including drafting ofspecial reports; —Preparation oftechnical memos and workings for audit purposes (test for impairment and other critical judgments); —Leading communication and methodological decisions during audit; —Design and development ofcorporate accounting standards, policies and methodologies byUkrainian accounting standards and IFRS; —Leading reengineering and optimization ofbusiness processes tofacilitate financial closure (fast close); —Methodological support and development ofbusiness requirements for accounting and ERP reporting systems optimization; —Control the preparation ofstand-alone financial statements forUK holding companies, posting journal entries; —Filing financials with Companies House (UK) and filing monthly business reviews; —Overview ofthe Group tax position, coordinating tax planning and communication with tax consultants ofthe Group; —Interaction with external vendors, tax consultants, auditors, etc.; —Adhoc tasks and reports.
