Your responsibilities:
- Support and support of the iFOBS system in the banking environment;
- Solving technical issues users regarding work with system;
- Monitoring and analysis of system operation, detection and troubleshooting;
- Interaction with internal departments of the bank to resolve issues related to the iFOBS system;
- Participation in projects for the development and improvement of the system.
You need:
- Experience of working with the iFOBS system from 2 years;< /li>
- Knowledge of technical aspects system operation;
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL;
- Knowledge of LAN/Windows 8, 10;
- Communication and ability to work in a team;
- knowledge of technical English.
