The company "Medius Work & Consulting Sp. z o. o. " is looking for an energetic and focused operator-recruiter. The company is engaged in the employment of specialists in the care of elderly people in Germany

HOW THE WORKING PROCESS GOES :

• Work with incoming leads: applications from the site and other messengers/advertisements
• Independent search and formation of a database of candidates in social networks / messengers
• Based on the results of the conversation, filter candidates into targeted and non-targeted ones
• Fixing the results in the CRM system
• developing new hypotheses for lead generation

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• The ability to work with social networks and an understanding of their basic principles;
• Owns a laptop, a headset and the Internet.
• Experience in recruiting is welcome, but not mandatory
• High level of self-organization and the ability to work in remote work conditions
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable
