IAM Security Consultant in EY (Ernst & Young)

You will become part of the EY Digital team, which implements projects to improve the level of information security in the field of Identity & Access Management for global clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for daily access control, development of IAM-governance and implementation of changes, which directly affect the level of security of companies. We are looking for a specialist who is able not only to perform tasks, but also to see risks, propose solutions and shape the approach to IAM.

Responsibilities:

Operational access management

• Review and approval of access requests taking into account information security risks.
• Conducting a regular review of user rights and preparing management reports.
• Control of timely revocation of access and improvement of the quality of processes in this zone.
• Initiating and supporting the automation of IAM processes.

IAM Governance and process development

• Analysis of risks in the IAM sphere and definition their impact on the organization (processes, roles, technological components).
• Formation of measures to minimize risks and manage their implementation (from initiation to execution control).
• Preparation of reports for internal stakeholders - both manually and through automation tools.
• Development and updating of IAM policies, standards, and other regulatory documents.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Understanding the principles information security and typical IAM risks.
• Knowledge of role-based access models (RBAC/ABAC).
• Experience in the processes of granting, changing and revoking access.
• Understanding key classes of IAM solutions: IGA, IdP, PAM, Secret Management.
• Knowledge of protocols authentication and authorization: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM. Experience with Active Directory and Active Directory. style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">LDAP.
• Ability to create and support technical documentation (policies, architectural schemes, integration models).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Skills in working with SQL and database queries.
• English B2 - C1 (spoken).
