You’ll work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes lean, build-measure-learn cycles to test innovative ideas quickly. Your role will involve building and refining NLP solutions, developing prototypes, testing them on real users, and iterating based on user feedback.As part of a cross-functional team of engineers, you’ll collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to explore and implement state-of-the-art language models and techniques. Your expertise will contribute to projects in areas such as language understanding, generation, and conversational AI.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of NLP Models: Design, train, and implement cutting-edge language models (e.g., transformers, BERT, GPT) to power applications such as chatbots, sentiment analysis, text summarization, and machine translation.Text Data Processing: Engineer robust data pipelines for preprocessing and managing large-scale linguistic datasets, ensuring quality and efficiency.LLM Deployment: Oversee the lifecycle of NLP model deployment, including fine-tuning, testing, integration, and monitoring in production environments.Prototype and Innovate: Rapidly prototype new NLP technologies to validate concepts and push the boundaries of AI capabilities in our projects.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure NLP solutions align with business objectives and user needs.Stay Current: Continuously research advancements in NLP and integrate best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.RequirementsSolid experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).Deep understanding of NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and transformers.Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK).Familiarity with LLM optimization, deployment tools, and LLMOps workflows.Proven experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying NLP models into production environments.Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and pipeline construction for textual data.Experience with experimental design and A/B testing for NLP solutions.Hands-on experience with recommender systems, conversational AI, or domain-specific NLP applications.Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for scalable AI deployment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).  Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Базовий рівеньType of employment Full time Job duties Engineering and Information Technologies Industries Software development
