GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GOGreen-Landia in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine(DRC) invites a humanitarian aid specialist who will provide support to the population of Kharkiv region, who suffered as a result of the armed conflict in the Kharkiv region, as well as persons who survived or are at risk of gender-based violence.

Main tasks:

• Issuance of humanitarian aid to project beneficiaries;

• Conducting initial collection of information about needs population;

• Working with documentation: filling out registration forms, reporting on assistance provided;

• Supporting beneficiaries while receiving assistance;

• Working with an electronic database: entering information, updating records and maintaining data relevance;

• Interaction with all members of the project team for effective organization of processes and support beneficiaries;

• Informing the population about available resources.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of humanitarian aid, volunteering or social work will be an advantage;

• Willingness to move around the city and region, performing physical work;

• Responsibility, friendliness, attention to people's needs;

• Ability to work with different categories of the population, including vulnerable groups;

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written);

• Adherence to the principles of humanitarian activities and the organization's code of conduct.
