Proliska announces a competition for a specialist in the distribution of humanitarian aid in Pavlograd

NGO "Proliska" - a non -profit, non -political humanitarian organization that has been providing since 2014 comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by hostilities in Ukraine.

Our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and carries out: social support of the most vulnerable persons affected by hostilities; providing psychological assistance to the victims; consulting on social issues; providing humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; assistance to institutions and institutions where IDPs were found; Promotion in the evacuation of the population from the war zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the combat line and in de -industrial areas where regular transportation is not functioning.

and. Requirements for Contestants:

• Higher Education (will be an advantage).
• Free Knowledge of Ukrainian.
• Previous experience associated with humanitarian response ( will be an advantage).
• Readiness for regular trips within a certain territory (exclusively on the control of the Government of Ukraine).
• readiness for activity related to physical activity (bin and stroke, packing, issuance, installation, etc.);
• Basic skills in use computer and computer programs and Google-form. Distribution.
• Ability to work closely with team members.
• politeness and diplomacy.
• Compliance with humanitarian principles.
• Lazings, based on gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment.

II. Functional responsibilities:

• Download/unloading of goods in warehouse and at the places of issuance;
• equipment and packaging of goods in stock;
• in mobile team departure to the location to carry out the direct issue of humanitarian assistance to the affected population; goods;
• Picture/video fixation of the distribution process;
• comprehensive support during the evacuation of the population affected by hostilities, assistance in moving people and their personal belongings to temporary residence, evacuation transport, etc.
• Drawing up reports on distribution and entering data in information and appropriate Google Forms.

III. We offer a successful candidate:

• probation for up to 2 months, followed by a contract by December 31, 2025
