You+Baby Studio is a Dubai-based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and ensure the happiness and productivity of our diverse workforce, which includes both on-site employees and remote team members. Your primary goal will be to foster a positive work environment where every team member feels valued and supported.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all HR functions for a team of 80+ employees, including remote workers.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.Oversee payroll processing and control to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal requirements.Evaluate performance through effective performance management systems and career development initiatives.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.Maintain and update HR documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.Requirements:Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a diverse and remote team environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.Proficiency in evaluating and improving HR processes and policies.Knowledge of UAE labor legislation and HR best practices will be a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary based on your experience.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Dynamic and creative work environment.Apply now!
