What will you do:
- Development and implementation of internal communications strategy, formation of corporate culture and promotion of HR and the Company brand;
- Development of existing communication channels, project management in the field of internal communications;
- Development and implementation of corporate events aimed at increasing the loyalty of company employees (TownHall, parties, sports events, team building, gifts);
- Recruitment of personnel of various levels ;
- Working with the company's current projects to attract and motivate employees.
