Position Details: Location: Kyiv OfficeHours: 9 am to 6 pm, with a one-hour lunch breakHybrid Schedule: 70% in-office, 30% remote3-month adaptation period ( may be shortened based on performance) Open to implementing a KPI system you develop Team Size: 25 employees Your Role: Work at a strategic level, focusing beyond operational tasks. Collaborate with department heads to build effective teams: recruiting will occupy 40% of your time, while onboarding will take 20%. Implement HR processes, including corporate communication, retention, and performance management. Provide guidance on employee relations, talent acquisition, and prioritization of HR initiatives.
