Director of Personnel / HRD in Resorcer

For our client - one of our largest companies? restaurants? industry? Ukraine, the leader of premium dining in Kyiv, we are looking for a Human Resources Director.

Now the company is focusing on development through active? expansion?, both regional? and international?. Does it require changes in the corporate body? culture, division of duties, organization? structure, as well as approaches to selection, evaluation and development of employees at all levels.

KEY TASKS

• Audit of current HR processes in the company?
• Development of HR strategy? to achieve a business goal?.                        
• Is participation in creation optimal? organizations?noi? company structure? and management? models.

• Creation of corporate? culture.

                    
• Formation of personnel reserve.

• Increasing operations?noi? the Company's efficiency?.

                         
• Development, implementation and support of the motivation system? teams.

• Development of modern practices in the field of personnel management with a focus on selection,

   

  training and development, as well as motivation systems? at all organizational levels.

                      
• Management of cultural change programs that contribute to a more conscious approach of employees to all work processes, as well as to their impact on the Company's activities.• Helping senior management in finding more effective approaches to work in changing conditions and further cascading this process.

PROFESSIONS? EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• At least 5 years of management experience in the field of human resources management in companies where the success of the business depends? with the quality of human capital and where people create the main value.
• Have experience in implementing corporate? culture.
• Do you have experience in reengineering business processes, Company Setup?, implementing procedures, building a hierarchy? company?                        
• The candidate must have solid knowledge of labor economics.
                           

EDUCATION

Higher economic or humanitarian education. 

How additional? plus a diploma in business management or human resource management, as well as HR training certificates will be considered.
